These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gaeaagro.com and any purchases, inquiries or farm visits arranged through it. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Gaea Agro (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates from Bangladesh and serves customers primarily within Bangladesh.

All produce is grown seasonally and subject to natural availability. We may adjust, substitute or discontinue items due to weather, harvest yields or supply conditions. Product photos are representative; natural variation in size, shape and color is expected and not a defect.

Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change with harvest conditions; the price shown at order confirmation applies.

An order is confirmed once we accept it by phone, WhatsApp or email. Payment is accepted via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or cash on delivery, as arranged at confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if produce is unavailable, pricing errors occur, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

We deliver within Dhaka and selected areas of Bangladesh. Delivery windows are estimates; agricultural produce is perishable and delays caused by weather or events beyond our control are not grounds for penalty.

Please inspect produce at delivery. Report damage or quality issues within 24 hours with photos, and we will replace or refund the affected items at our discretion.

We guarantee that our produce is grown without formalin, carbide, ripening chemicals or heavy insecticide use. Because we use organic methods, cosmetic perfection is not guaranteed — natural imperfections are a sign of chemical-free growing.

If you ever receive produce that does not meet our purity standard, contact us and we will make it right: replacement or full refund, no interrogation.

Farm visits are welcome by appointment only. Visitors must follow staff guidance, stay on designated paths, wash hands after soil contact, and refrain from touching crops, animals or equipment unsupervised. We may refuse entry or ask visitors to leave for safety or biosecurity reasons.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The farm is a working agricultural environment; visitors enter at their own risk to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 (Bangladesh) or any other mandatory law. Complaints may also be raised with the relevant national consumer protection authorities.

Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

All text, photos, logos and design on gaeaagro.com are the property of Gaea Agro and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

We aim for accurate information but provide the website “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version on this page applies. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updates.
